Craig Long, Attorney at Law, is a sixth generation Atlanta native whose earliest ancestors date to 1824. His earliest Atlanta relatives are buried in the historic Oakland cemetery. Craig was born in Austell, Georgia and was reared in south metro Atlanta, graduating from Henry County High School.

Craig attended the University of Georgia before transferring to Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Prior to transferring to Liberty, he lived for two and a half months in Moscow, Russia, serving in orphanages and schools through a program between a Christian missionary organization and the Moscow public schools. He also lived in Indianapolis, IN serving the needs of troubled youth in conjunction with the same Christian missionary organization and the Indianapolis Juvenile Court.

Craig graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty with a B.S. in Government. He served as vice-president and president of the student body while at Liberty. He graduated from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, VA, completing the Corporate-Securities track by writing his thesis on the Efficient Capital Markets Hypothesis. He is married to Katherine Long and has two sons who are seventh generation Atlantan’s.



Doyle Johnson, Associate Attorney, is an Athens, Georgia native and has resided there for most of his life. Doyle is a graduate of Brigham Young University located in Provo, Utah, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Political Science. Doyle then attended and graduated from the University of Georgia, School of Law in 2013. Post-graduation, he worked for a firm in Athens, Georgia, practicing law.

While in school at UGA, Doyle completed an internship in the United States Attorney’s Office in Augusta Georgia, where he assisted in federal criminal prosecutions and civil actions. Doyle’s practice areas have been focused in business and corporate transactional work as well as real estate law. Doyle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as The Western Circuit Bar Association.

As a young man, Doyle served two years as a religious missionary in Portugal. He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, beekeeping, reading, and travelling.




Ennis Willis, Attorney at Law, is a native of Thomasville, Georgia.  Ennis received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for more than thirty years.

After law school, Ennis practiced law successfully in Atlanta for ten years. In the mid-eighties, he moved to California where he joined the legal department of the investment firm Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. There he held a number of positions including, Chief of Staff for Corporate Oversight: Schwab’s legal compliance, risk management and government affairs division. In addition, he was Chief of Staff and Venture Integration Manager for Schwab Australia. In 2002, Ennis retired from Schwab and returned to Atlanta. Since 2003 he has worked exclusively in the field of real estate law.
