Our Closing Attorneys
Ennis Willis, Attorney at Law, is the principal closing attorney at Alpha Title & Closing. A native of Thomasville, Georgia, Ennis received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for more than thirty years.
After law school Ennis practiced law successfully in Atlanta for ten years. In the mid-eighties, he moved to California where he joined the legal department of the investment firm Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. There he held a number of positions including Chief of Staff for Corporate Oversight, Schwab’s legal, compliance, risk management and government affairs division. In addition he was Chief of Staff and Venture Integration Manager for Schwab Australia. In 2002, Ennis retired from Schwab and returned to Atlanta. Since 2003 he has worked exclusively in the field of real estate law.
Randy Sabatini, Attorney at Law, is legal counsel for Alpha Title & Closing. Randy has been closing residential real estate transactions for over 18 years and has a plethora of legal knowledge. He is also responsible for client development through direct marketing of banks, mortgage brokers, and real estate brokerage firms.
Randy attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated Cum Laude with B.A. in Psychology and attended Emory University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor of Law.
David Messer joined Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, in September, 2007. His practice focuses on a full spectrum of business law, with an emphasis on all phases of business litigation and dispute resolution, including trials, appeals, mediation, and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced as a civil and business trial lawyer in Oklahoma for six years. During that time, he established a formidable reputation for legally and socially significant courtroom victories. The impact of his achievements there includes the establishment of a precedent that solidified the Civil Court of Appeal’s position on the relevant interpretation of the Statute of Limitations.
Beyond this experience, David has been greatly successful in oil and gas litigation, homeowners’ association disputes, various election disputes, and Georgia appellate cases.
David is currently licensed by the State of Georgia as well as the State of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice before the trial courts of Georgia and before all the Courts of the State of Oklahoma, where he has successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Georgia in addition to the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.
Graduating with highest honors, David received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2000. He also holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the field of Music.
In addition to his practice of law, David serves as an Adjunct Professor at Reinhardt College, where he has been teaching since 2008. His rich base of experience in writing and public speaking spans the legal, instructional, and theological fields.
David is General Counsel for Alpha Title & Closing, Inc. and closes both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
