Our Closing Attorneys
Ennis Willis, Attorney at Law, is the principal closing attorney at Alpha Title & Closing. A native of Thomasville, Georgia, Ennis received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for more than thirty years.
After law school Ennis practiced law successfully in Atlanta for ten years. In the mid-eighties, he moved to California where he joined the legal department of the investment firm Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. There he held a number of positions including Chief of Staff for Corporate Oversight, Schwab’s legal, compliance, risk management and government affairs division. In addition he was Chief of Staff and Venture Integration Manager for Schwab Australia. In 2002, Ennis retired from Schwab and returned to Atlanta. Since 2003 he has worked exclusively in the field of real estate law.
Randy Sabatini, Attorney at Law, is legal counsel for Alpha Title & Closing. Randy has been closing residential real estate transactions for over 18 years and has a plethora of legal knowledge. He is also responsible for client development through direct marketing of banks, mortgage brokers, and real estate brokerage firms.
Randy attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated Cum Laude with B.A. in Psychology and attended Emory University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor of Law.
Rusty A. Fleming is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cumberland Law Review. While at Samford University, Rusty also received a Master of Business Administration from the Brock School of Business.
After law school, Rusty had the honor and privilege of serving as a federal law clerk to Chief Judge James D. Todd in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He then entered into private practice with Watkins, Ludlam, Winter & Stennis, P.A. in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2005, Rusty joined Winstead, P.C., a national law firm based in Dallas, Texas. In 2007, Rusty returned to the Southeast, joining Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practiced until establishing The Fleming Firm in early 2009.
Over the course of his career, Rusty has handled a variety of corporate, real estate, litigation and other matters for individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, regional and national lenders, real estate developers and private equity funds. Rusty has closed over 200 commercial real estate loans representing both lenders and borrowers and has handled over 250 residential closings. He has appeared in numerous courts and before administrative agencies, including successfully winning an appeal to the Supreme Court of Mississippi in a published decision, In re Estate of Carter, 912 So.2d 138 (Miss. 2005).
Rusty is an active member of the Rotary Club of Lanier Forsyth. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Texas and Mississippi and is also a member of the American Bar Association.
