Our Management Team

Benjamin Cloud, Senior Escrow Officer, has over nine years experience in the closing and title industry. He began his career in the industry with the Lender’s Advantage Division of First American Title Insurance Company handling the many aspects of day to day operations. He also has an in depth background in the closing industry, employed by real estate law firms where he was responsible for all details for residential closings.

Ben is responsible for the overall functions of day to day operations of the residential closing division of Alpha Title & Closing. He successfully maintains all facets of the business from coordination of closings to reconciliation of accounts.

Deanna Sabatini, Title/Escrow Officer, is responsible for the pre-closing of all residential transactions as well as final documentation. Deanna has worked with law firms in the Atlanta area since 1996.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in the real estate market and has successfully maintained valuable relationships with builders, lenders, real estate agents and mortgage brokers. She brings years of exemplary experience to the company.



Tracey Buckalew, Senior Title Officer, is a 1990 Graduate of Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She went on to complete a year in a Doctoral Program for Industrial Psychology at Brooklyn College in New York. Having moved to Atlanta in 1997 intending to resume graduate studies, Tracey found employment as a pre-closer at a local attorney’s office and developed a passion for the title/real estate industry.

Tracey has experience in many areas of the real estate industry, having held positions of Closing Secretary, Title Underwriter, Paralegal and most recently, Sales Executive for First American Title Insurance Company where she headed up the Production Department. Tracey brings a wealth of title experience and knowledge to Alpha Title & Closing and is now responsible for procurement, cultivating and maintaining relationships with local lenders.

Doyle Rabren, Doyle Rabren serves as Vice President of Alpha Title & Closing of Alabama, LLC – an agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Drawing upon over twenty years of experience in the title industry – including owning and operating a title abstract company in Atlanta, Georgia for eighteen years – Mr. Rabren oversees title examinations and coordination of all title work for Alabama.

Mr. Rabren has extensive title experience abstracting title on raw land, commercial developments and residential property. He has also experience regarding the myriad of issues involved with commercial and residential foreclosures and REO properties. Mr. Rabren has also coordinated real estate developments, including coordinating design, reviewing engineering, handling zoning, overseeing construction, and marketing real estate across the Southeast.

Prior to joining Alpha Title & Closing of Alabama, Mr. Rabren has served on the Board of Directors for Youth Reach Gulf Coast for five years. Currently, he sits on the Advisory Committee. Mr. Rabren and his wife, Lisa, have been foster parents since 1995 and have four children – three sons and a daughter.
